Mount Kenya is highly preferred by climbers who like the wilderness, variety of wildlife and remarkable mountain lakes. The panoramic views of the jagged volcanic peaks, wide valleys and surrounding savannah makes a trekking on this mountain a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Mt Kenya is Africa’s second highest mountain at 5,199m (17,058 feet) and the highest of all Kenya Mountains.
Mt Kenya can be climber all throughout the year, however highest rainfall occurs around late March and mid-May, and between late October and mid-December. With our expert and skilled guides, we take three main routes, each of which go through the forest and the moorland. Routes are Naromoru, Sirimon & Chogoria routes
